The above images are of my shirt which i have designed for the end of year fashion show in June. As you can tell i was heavily inspired by skylines, in particular New York. The structure on the sleeves was inspired by black lines on a skyscraper window, and the buttons both by windows and leather designs i saw in a museum on a trip to Manchester.
I am quite impressed with the outcome of the garment, particularly because i have never designed a piece of clothing before and i had not often used the sewing machine beforehand.
